Undergraduate
For applicants joining bachelor programmes across AUCA faculties and schools.
Checklist
Completed online application form
Certified copy of secondary school completion results (Senior 4, 5 and 6 transcripts)
National ID or passport copy
Recent passport photo
Application payment proof — Frws 30,000 (Rwandan) or USD 50 (International). Bank of Kigali: 00040-00280275-75 (FRWS) or 00040-00292172-41 (USD) | Equity Bank: 4003211197369
Proof / copy of health insurance certificate
For Nursing applicants: at least C Grade in Biology and Chemistry, and D Grade in Mathematics or Physics (MCB or PCB combination)
Additional Notes
Equivalence
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must obtain an equivalence from Rwanda's NESA.
Visa on Arrival
An entry visa is granted upon arrival at Kigali International Airport for all citizens worldwide.
International Student Visa
International students must apply for a study visa within 15 days of arrival, providing a police clearance, valid passport, CV, and application letter.
Laptop Requirement
All students are encouraged to have a laptop to support the blended learning process.
